Mycroft's second product, the Mark II, is a smart speaker powered by Mycroft's own Voice Assistant. The Mark II features a touchscreen for multimodal interaction. The process to create experiences that combined both voice and touch required thoughtful requirements, job stories, and wireframes, to prototype and document the interactions.
